Step inside Unit 712 and you’re immediately welcomed into a wide, open-concept living space that invites everyone to come together. The full kitchen offers ample room for cooking and serving, while the large dining area makes group meals easy and enjoyable. Just beyond, the living room provides generous seating—perfect for movie nights, conversations, or simply unwinding after a full day.

The sleeping arrangements are designed with flexibility and comfort in mind. Multiple private king bedrooms offer quiet, restful retreats, while the oversized bunk room creates a fun and functional space for kids or additional guests—allowing your group to stay together without sacrificing space or privacy.

What truly sets Unit 712 apart is its first-floor, wheelchair-accessible layout. With two designated handicap parking spaces located on the side of the building, plus step-free entry into the unit, accessibility and convenience are built right into the experience. (A secondary lower parking area is also available, though it does require stairs.) Inside, the open layout allows for easy movement throughout the main living areas and bedrooms.

Hearthstone Lodge itself features a two-story design with stair access on both ends of the building, but Unit 711 offers the advantage of direct, ground-level entry—making arrivals and daily comings and goings simple and stress-free.

As part of your stay at Serenity Ridge Resort, you’ll enjoy access to shared amenities including the clubhouse; however, please note that grilling is not available on-site, so all meals are best enjoyed within the fully equipped kitchen and dining space inside your unit.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
