As the smaller of the two units on the property, this space is perfect for small groups, families, or travelers looking for a relaxed home base while exploring Huntsville.

Guests will arrive via the shared driveway and park in the clearly designated spaces for Unit B. Entry is simple with a secure digital keypad located on the side of the home. This ground-level unit offers easy access with no stairs required, making coming and going effortless.

Inside, you’ll find a welcoming living room with ample seating and a TV—ideal for winding down after a day out. The home features three comfortable bedrooms, including a king, queen, and full bed, allowing flexibility for a variety of group setups. The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and is centrally located for easy access from all bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including major appliances, cookware, and utensils. A dining table with seating for four provides a convenient space for meals, coffee, or catching up on work.

Step outside to enjoy the spacious yard and seasonal above-ground pool, available through October 1st. The outdoor space is shared with Unit A, offering room to relax while still maintaining separation between units. Please note that the pool is not heated and receives routine weekly maintenance, which may require brief access to the yard during your stay.

This unit is part of a two-unit home, with each side having its own private entrance and designated areas. Guests of Unit B will have full, private access to their unit, while the driveway and yard are shared. Please be mindful to use only the parking and areas assigned to Unit B.

Conveniently located less than two miles from grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping, and under 15 minutes from both Redstone Arsenal and downtown Huntsville, Bethany Grove House B offers a comfortable, accessible stay with everything you need close by. Pets are welcome with a fee, making it an even more flexible option for your trip.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
