Together, the full property includes eight bedrooms and four full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 17 guests. The home is thoughtfully divided into Unit A (the larger unit) and Unit B (the smaller unit), each with its own private entrance, designated parking areas, and fully equipped living spaces.

Unit A features five bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering expansive common areas including a large living room, multiple dining spaces, and a full kitchen. It also includes additional sleeping options such as a bunk room, trundle bed, and futon, making it especially well-suited for larger groups.

Unit B provides a more compact layout with three bedrooms and one bathroom, along with its own living room, full kitchen, and dining area. Located on the ground level, it offers easy access and a cozy, efficient setup for smaller groups within your party.

When booked together, guests can enjoy both units while maintaining separation when needed—perfect for multiple families or groups who want to stay close while still having their own space.

Outside, the property features a spacious shared yard with multiple seating areas and a seasonal above-ground pool available through October 1st. The outdoor space is designed for relaxing, gathering, and enjoying time together. Please note the pool is not heated and is serviced weekly, which may require brief access during your stay.

The property includes a shared driveway with clearly labeled parking for each unit. Guests will have private access to their respective units and full access to the yard and outdoor amenities.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
