From the moment you arrive, the large covered front porch sets the tone—welcoming, quiet, and perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious layout with modern updates throughout, creating a true home-away-from-home experience.

The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Just off the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats six, while additional bar seating at the counter gives kids and guests a casual spot to gather.

The living room is designed for connection and comfort, offering plenty of seating, two sleeper sofas, and a large flat-screen TV with Roku. A small step-down layout adds character to the space and creates a cozy environment for movie nights or relaxing after a long day.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds, while the fourth bedroom includes a twin-over-twin bunk—perfect for kids or extra guests.

A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a dedicated laundry area add to the home’s convenience.

Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced backyard, complete with a grill and fire pit—ideal for evenings under the stars or casual outdoor meals.

Located on a corner lot in an established neighborhood, the home offers a peaceful, family-friendly setting with mature trees while still being close to everything. Dublin Park is less than a mile away, Rainbow Mountain trails are just under five miles, and both Research Park and the U.S. Space & Rocket Center are just a short drive.

Guests have full access to the entire home and yard, with driveway parking in front and additional space along the side near the back entrance.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
