Welcome to Bethany Grove House A — Bethany Grove House's larger unit, designed for comfortable group stays with plenty of room to gather and unwind. This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home accommodates up to 11 guests and offers a functional layout ideal for families, work groups, or extended stays.

As you arrive, you’ll park in the private driveway designated for Unit A and enter through the rear access door using your secure digital lock. Just outside, you’ll find a welcoming patio area with seating and a barbecue grill—perfect for casual evenings or morning coffee.

Inside, the main level features two bedrooms: one with a full bed and another with a twin trundle, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. There is also a futon available in the common area. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located off the hallway. The dining room includes seating for up to eight guests, and the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook at home, including a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and additional small appliances. A cozy breakfast table offers a second dining option.

The living room is designed for relaxing, with a large sectional sofa, two armchairs, and a 50-inch Roku TV. An additional table in this space makes it easy to enjoy meals or games while staying connected to the group.

Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms. The Patriot Room features a twin-over-full bunk bed, while another bedroom includes a full bed. The spacious king suite offers a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a walk-in closet. A third full bathroom is also located upstairs for added convenience.

Step outside to enjoy the large shared yard, complete with multiple seating areas and a seasonal above-ground pool available through October 1st. Please note the pool is shared with the second unit on the property and is not heated. Weekly pool maintenance may occur during your stay and requires brief access to the yard.

Guests will have full, private access to Unit A, with shared access to the driveway and yard. Please note that Unit B and its designated parking area are not accessible to Unit A guests.

Conveniently located less than two miles from grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping, Bethany Grove House A offers both space and accessibility—everything you need for a comfortable and easy stay.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
