Fantastic spot, wonderful host!
Really enjoyed staying here for an extended period. Hosts communicate well and are helpful. Apartment is spacious and clean. Having a washing machine in the unit was very convenient, along with it being near the Publix grocery store downtown. Various coffee shops and restaurants are within walking distance, there is a really good bakery cafe the next block down that I went to a few times. Was near the Alabama Ballet School, the Birmingham Museum of Art (which is free) and local art supply stores that have a great selection of materials for professional artists. If you are looking for a completely quiet place to stay you might want to go somewhere outside of downtown. There is some noise from nearby businesses that is to be expected, but it didn't go on terribly late. If I end up needing a place to stay in Birmingham in the future I will definitely look up this location again!
Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I booked at the last minute due to an unexpected work shift, and everything went smoothly. Check-in was easy, communication was great, and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you for your hospitality! I would definitely stay again.
